Well, I am going to tell you that it is absolutely possible and I am going to show you "How To Make Money With Video Online"\n\nSo now that little voice is not so little anymore, right? Well, hold tight, it's going to blow your mind but, please understand, like any offline business, it is not going to make you rich overnight or even in 6 months. It will, however, enable you to make money online and this will grow as your skills improve and your site develops.\n\nThis post is geared towards the new Blogger and work from home entrepreneur that wants to put a video on their website to attract more visitors. I am not a professional video producer but I have certainly produced videos for my blogs that are not too shabby according to my visitors.\n\nWhether you are an experienced blogger or a Newbie, if you are not using Video on your site, you are missing out on sales and cash in your pocket. Don't believe me? Well, Consider this:-\n\n \t1,300,000,000 hours of video are uploaded to YouTube every minute!\n \tAlmost 5 billion videos are watched on YouTube every single day.\n \tYouTube gets over 30 million visitors per day.\n\nNow those stats are just for YouTube. What about all the other sites that host video?\nSo How Does One Make Money With Video Online\nThe internet is a modern development and making money online has exploded into hundreds of industries;\n\n \tWork from Home ( now made more possible with the internet, Facebook and video, amongst others).\n \tWebsite Development\n \tAffiliate Marketing\n \tSEO Specialists \n \tLocal SEO\n \tOnline Marketing\n \tBlogging\n \tSelf Publishing Authors\n \tSelling Your own "How To" Ebooks and courses\n\nand the list goes on. You are only limited by your imagination. If you have an online business, you probably will already have a website. If you are looking for an online business, then you will need a website\n\nThere are just so many legitimate methods of earning money with video online that to list them all would be impractical but, here are a few;\n\n \tSell your own Videos.\n\n \tMake your own videos about cooking, sewing, woodwork, teaching, self-development or any subject that you chose to and sell them online on a site like Vimeo On Demand\n\n\n \tEarn from ads placed in your videos. \n\n \tPlace videos on sites like YouTube and earn money from Ads. This takes time as you need to have a certain number of views before they allow you to place ads on your channel.\n\n\n \tBe paid by the number of views.\n\n \tSome sites like Metacafe, DaCast and LiveRail pay their most popular video channels.\n\n\n \tGet paid for downloads of your videos\n\n \tEarn money through each download of your videos. A good example is Apple iTunes Music Store\n\n\n \tProduce videos for others\n\n \tThere are a few companies that will hire you to produce videos in your area. Companies like Smart Shoot and ViseoAgency\n\n\n \tSell Videos for Royalties\n\n \tThere are companies that will allow you to sell your videos on a royalty basis as they do with photos. Companies like:\n\n \tIstockPhoto\n \tDepositPhotos\n \tShutterstock and\n \tFotolia\n\n\n\n\n\nChoose One\nThe type of video that you are going to produce will determine where and how you will market it and what equipment you will need. For example, If you specialise in wildlife videos, you will need more specialised equipment than the Blogger that makes a video on how to use "Google Chrome".\n\nIf you are a Blogger then you might not even need any equipment, if you are going to make videos based on your post and PowerPoint Presentations with voice-overs.\n\nBefore you even consider buying equipment, if you do not have it already, you need to decide on what type of videos you will be making, what quality lighting and sound you will require and what type of video equipment you will need. Do this before buying on impulse. Online Shops love impulse buyers.\nWhat You Need\nAs I stated earlier, in most cases you will need a website. Now, if you don't have one, don't panic. you can get a free hosted website and training. See what I recommend here. It is truly free and comes with training on how to build your website and some tools. It is truly possible for you to build a website with no experience.\n\nIn Most cases, you will already have most of the equipment that you need, to make videos for your website, blogs and how to videos at home, if you have a laptop. Laptops have Cameras and Microphones built in and they usually produce videos of acceptable quality, if you do not need to be on your feet and moving around.\n\nYou will also need to address the lighting issue. You will need a bright but soft light from behind the camera. A light that has some white tissue paper over it to soften the light works. If you rely on the ceiling light or sunlight from a window, you will probably get shadow on your subject and this might not make for a decent video.\n\nIf you are sitting at your desk with your laptop, you will probably get away with your built-in microphone. If you are outside, near traffic or other people or noise in the background you will probably need to buy a mic with a long lead or a wireless mic.\n\n\n\nWatch this video on Producing, recording and uploading YouTube videos to get detailed advice on the subject.\nChoose The Subject Of Your Video\nWhen making your video, it is best to have a bullet point script so that you can stay on topic. Digressing will make your Video longer than anticipated and your viewers might get bored and move on to another site, and you don't want that.\n\nDetermine the subject of your video, research it and make a bullet point script. If you have researched the subject, you will be familiar enough to make use of a bullet point script. The script can always have important details, such as dates and numbers, included.\nConsistency\nAs with any business, consistency is vital. You cannot add video on a hit or miss basis. You must plan your articles and your videos in advance and have a time table that you keep to. If your visitors\/viewers expect you to upload a post or video every Friday, make sure it happens on time or they will soon unsubscribe from your video channel or Blog.\n\nYou know how much time you have in a week, to work on your business. You need to schedule when you are going to research your next post, when you will write it and when it will be posted. Then you also need to plan for the video. Once you have your schedule, stick to it. Consistency is the key to your success.\nYouTube\nI am a YouTube fan and I upload my videos to YouTube. As your channel grows, so to will your followers and you will eventually be able to add Ads to monetise your Channel. When you embed your videos in your articles, it registers on your YouTube channel as a visit every time someone Views a video from your website.\nSocialise\nNo, I don't mean a Braai (barbecue for those none South Africans) and Dop ( Drinks). I mean posting articles and ads on sites like Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter etc. How else are people going to learn about your video and your site? You need to Promote your video and that will bring viewers and visitors to your site. Here is another incredible video training on Promoting Your YouTube videos.\nConclusion\nOnline business is not a myth. Yes, there are con artists out there but there are plenty of legitimate ways to start an online business and I have found a way to do it where you do not need a credit card at all. It is absolutely free and plenty of people use it to earn an income. It is in fact, how I started and I can vouch for it. No, I do not get paid to vouch for it. I found it after years of searching and I have made money online using this system. It is the only time I made money so, yes, I vouch for it.\n\nIf you need help, feel free to contact me here and I will gladly help you get online where I can.
